About Us

360 Logistic’s vision is to exceed customer expectation through innovative products, services and solutions; and world class customer service.

360 Logistics Australia was incorporated in August 2011 and commenced trading on the 1st October 2011 from its first office in Perth, Western Australia. The founders of 360 Logistics brought a focus on the resources and construction sectors focused – that are the focus areas that remains today. 360 expanded into other Australian cities as follows:

  • Into Queensland opening an office in Townsville in early 2017;

  • Into Victoria opening an office in Melbourne in June 2019; and

    In July 2018, 360 Logistics sold 50% of its shares to Access World AG, who are the 100% owned logistics division of Glencore AG. However, in March 2020 the founders of 360 Logistics acquired its shares back and recommenced trading as 360 Logistics.

Our tailor-made approach is what makes us different..

For a decade, 360 Logistics has prided itself on custom designing solutions for our customers that suit their project or contract requirements, rather than expecting the customer to fit in with our modus operandi.

We believe our point of difference, can best be summarised as follows:

  • The owners of the company – Tim Knox and Tim McFarlane – have set up, executed and managed all medium to large scale projects. The owners of 360 Logistics naturally have a vested interest in the success of the projects in which 360 Logistics is involved, and this “hands on” approach provides a superior level of project management and customer service than is provided by a salaried employee working for a larger competitor.

  • Early engagement with customer to:

    • Risk assess full supply chain – including all interface and custody transfer points;

    • Cost model different options; and

    • Work with customer on full logistics management plans to manage compliance and chain of responsibility obligations.

  • Remain actively involved on full project from cradle to grave to ensure continuity.

  • Manage all parties involved and interface points to provide the customer with 360 Logistics as

    the single point of contact.

  • Provide cost competitive solutions without the need to cover huge corporate overheads.

  • The 360 Logistics approach is that: the expertise in providing safe and successful logistics

    solutions is not in the assets utilised but results from the experience and service level of the

    people delivering the solution.

  • 360 Logistics consistently challenge industry norms through innovative solutions that provide

    our customers with the experience that best suits their needs.

Our mission is the dedication to the highest quality of customer service, with a sense of warmth, friendliness, custom pricing and company spirit.
