360 Logistics Australia was incorporated in August 2011 and commenced trading on the 1st October 2011.

360 Logistics was formerly known as CEA Logistics but in June 2013 the name of the entity was changed, and 360 Logistics was born.

From 2011 until today, 360 Logistics have grown the business developing strategic supplier relationships in Australia as well as around the world. Our objective is to be the partner of choice for our customer’s through exceeding expectation with innovative logistics solutions, excellent customer service and delivering bottom line value.

A strong safety culture has developed through training, daily pre-start and monthly toolbox meetings. 360 have recognised the need for continual improvements to ensure all personnel adopt “Best Industry Practises” to maintain a safe work environment.

This includes development and regular reviews of Safe Work Procedures, Hazard Awareness Training, Formal Manual Handling Training and safety related Policies. All personnel are encouraged to participate in the development, review and implementation stages and as such, “change” is welcomed rather than frowned upon.

Managing Director

Tim has lived and worked in the logistics industry in South Africa (Durban), Ireland (Shannon), the UK (London), the UAE (Dubai) and Australia (Perth). Tim has worked in a variety of different operational, development and management roles in the business – most notably his most recent two roles as General Manager Australia & New Zealand for Toll Project Services and Chief Operating Officer for IML Logistics. Both roles were Perth based and involved providing logistics and niche project services and solutions to the resources and construction sectors around Australia and the greater SE Asia region. Tim has worked in senior management roles in various countries around the world and has handled shipments to and from most countries around the world.


Director & General Manager Projects

Originally from NSW, Tim has 16 years of logistics industry experience in NSW, QLD and WA. Tim has worked in various roles in the industry for different divisions of Toll as well as IML Logistics. Tim’s expertise and skill set are best demonstrated in the project logistics sector where he has significant experience in planning operational requirements in advance and then leading the hands-on management through the job from A to Z to ensure a successful outcome. Tim’s main area of expertise is domestic road freight operations in Australia from small part loads to large out of gauge and overweight cargo requiring specialised equipment and operations.


Operations Manager

Originally from New Zealand, Amie has well-rounded experience in the logistics industry in both New Zealand and Australia. Amie has worked for different companies in the logistics industry, gaining experience with warehousing, transport operations, customs brokerage and freight forwarding. Amie has worked primarily in customer service and operations roles.
